Role Overview:
As the Program Manager, you will be the single point of contact for the program. Your core duties include organizing and providing structure to all in-flight work, maintaining detailed project lists, and documenting updates. You will manage operational mechanisms to ensure team alignment, facilitate communication, and foster cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee intake requests, route them for review, and assist with approvals.

Additionally, you will use risk management tools to identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain all in-flight projects, capturing new initiatives and documenting updates
• Own and run operational mechanisms, managing recurring syncs, retrospectives, and cross-team collaboration
• Consolidate status updates into weekly summaries for leadership, coordinating key communications
• Manage intake and governance processes for new data initiative requests, routing requests to appropriate teams and identifying overlaps
• Use RAID logs to proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a project or program management role in a technical environment, specifically with data analytics or engineering teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to drive programs from inception to completion
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and experience with dashboards for reporting on project status and key metrics
