Robert Half is seeking an IT Support Analyst with hands-on experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments, including endpoint management through Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro. This role will provide help desk and desktop support, manage device provisioning and application deployment, and maintain endpoint configurations across a mixed-device environment.
Responsibilities
+ Provide hands-on help desk and desktop support for Windows and Mac users.
+ Provision, configure, and deploy Windows computers and Mac devices.
+ Manage Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Apple devices using Jamf Pro.
+ Package, deploy, update, and troubleshoot applications across both platforms.
+ Create and maintain device configuration profiles, policies, and security settings.
+ Manage endpoint enrollment, device inventory, and mobile device management (MDM).
+ Deploy and troubleshoot printers, hardware, operating systems, and software.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support.
+ Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
+
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro for endpoint management.
+ Knowledge of application packaging and deployment, device provisioning, configuration policies, and MDM.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems, and end-user devices.
+ Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
+
Experience with Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment.
+ Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra , and endpoint compliance.
+ Basic scripting experience, such as Power Shell or Bash.
+ Knowledge of endpoint security and device management best practices.
