Vice President, Information Systems & Business Applications - Hybrid in San Diego - $200,000-$240,000

This is a highly visible player/coach leadership opportunity with executive exposure, the ability to build a team, and the chance to shape the future technology roadmap for a global manufacturing operation.

• 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, business systems, or enterprise applications within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ownership of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, D365, Infor, Epicor, IFS, or similar), including implementation, stabilization, or major optimization initiatives.
• Strong background partnering with Finance on reporting, analytics, data governance, and business intelligence programs.
• Experience leading executive stakeholders and driving technology strategy across multi‑site operations.

• Lead ERP governance, optimization, and enhancement initiatives while improving cross‑functional processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and HR.
• Build reporting, analytics, and data governance capabilities to improve financial visibility, operational decision‑making, and executive reporting.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management, and end‑user support across global locations.
• Develop and execute the technology roadmap, including future ERP, AI, business intelligence, and cybersecurity initiatives while building and mentoring the IT team.

• Make a meaningful impact supporting the medical device industry and products that help improve and save lives.
• High‑visibility leadership role with the opportunity to build and transform the company's IT, ERP, and data capabilities from the ground up.
• Partner directly with executive leadership and influence technology strategy, operational performance, and business growth.

Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $200,000-$240,000 per year
