We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional to help shape the backbone of our finance systems. In this role, you'll implement, maintain, and support our Finance & Cost Management (FCM) landscape - partnering closely with business stakeholders and collaborating with our Korea HQ and America teams to keep operations running seamlessly. If you thrive at the intersection of finance and technology and enjoy solving complex problems that directly impact the business, we'd love to hear from you.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver SAP solutions using standard ERP Finance functionality and Custom Business Objects (CBO) programs.
  • Monitor and manage application performance (APM) to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
  • Support end users, with special focus on the critical Month-End Close cycle.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve persistent or complex SAP application issues.
  • Collaborate globally with Korea HQ and America teams to align on solutions and best practices.
  • Decision-Making:
You'll tackle complex issues that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors, exercising sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria. You'll also build relationships with key contacts beyond your immediate area of expertise.
  • Ownership:
You'll elevate thoughtfully when a business need falls outside the scope of the role, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Strategy:
You'll determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate the activities of other team members.
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT, Finance, Business, or a quantitative field), or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration and/or related development.
  • 2+ full life-cycle SAP project implementations.
  • You'll bring deep, hands-on expertise across the following areas:
    • Controlling (CO):
Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing (BOMs, Routings, Material Ledger), Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Manufacturing Variance analysis.
    • Master Data:
Material, Vendor, Customer, and Bank Master, plus BOMs and Routings.
    • Integration: FI/CO integration with logistics modules
      - Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP).
    • Configuration: FICO configuration, including ECC 6.0, with expertise across CO-CCA, CO-PC, CO-PA, and FI modules.
    • Business Acumen:
Ability to translate business needs into financial solution requirements and understand IFRS / US-GAAP implications on SAP ERP.
    • Technical Depth:
Comfortable navigating existing ABAP code to determine how objects should be enhanced.
    • Preferred: FI module components
      - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, and Consolidation.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus.
  • SAP FICO certification preferred.
