We’re looking for a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Engineer to support and maintain cloud, server, network, and security environments.

This role is ideal for an experienced infrastructure professional who also brings advanced cybersecurity knowledge and hands-on experience administering enterprise security technologies such as Crowd Strike, Proofpoint, and Splunk.

You’ll work across Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity technologies to help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient environment.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, takes ownership of issues through resolution, and understands how to apply a strong security mindset to day-to-day infrastructure operations.

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Support virtualization platforms, messaging systems, identity services, storage technologies, and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex server, cloud, application, and connectivity issues.
• Support infrastructure modernization and optimization initiatives using technologies such as Intune, VPN, SD-WAN, and hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Support disaster recovery testing, business continuity, infrastructure resiliency, and recovery planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, simplify the environment, and optimize infrastructure utilization.

• Administer and leverage enterprise cybersecurity platforms, including Crowd Strike, Proofpoint, and Splunk.
• Apply advanced cybersecurity knowledge across cloud, server, endpoint, identity, email, and network environments.
• Support endpoint protection, email security, security monitoring, identity and access management, MFA, and related security controls.
• Review security alerts, logs, configurations, and infrastructure issues and assist with investigation and remediation.
• Identify potential security risks, configuration weaknesses, and opportunities to strengthen infrastructure security.
• Apply security best practices across Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, endpoints, and network infrastructure.
• Help ensure existing cybersecurity applications and controls are configured and utilized effectively.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP systems, storage technologies, and related network infrastructure.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity and technologies including DNS, DHCP, VPN, SD-WAN, NAC, and web filtering.
• Work with Cisco networking technologies, firewalls, SAN/NAS, iSCSI, and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues that cross cloud, server, network, application, and security environments.

• Support third-party applications and coordinate with technology and security vendors on troubleshooting, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical and security documentation.
• Collaborate across IT teams to resolve infrastructure and cybersecurity issues.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with other team members.
• Follow established technology, security, compliance, and change-management practices.

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with a strong hands-on foundation in infrastructure, server, cloud, or network administration.
