The AI Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of artificial intelligence programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation in financial services. • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for AI programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Generate and communicate program updates, milestones, and potential impacts to senior leadership.
• Partner in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance against established objectives and key results.
• Maintain detailed program documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
• Work closely with AI specialists and data scientists to understand technical requirements and facilitate successful program implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on AI initiatives.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the AI space.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of the financial services industry, with experience in investment and wealth management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Agile and/or SAFe training and certifications.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R).

$90,680-$136,020 per year. Actual base salary varies based on factors such as relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
