Lead upgrades, patches, and schema changes with minimal downtime
Maintain and optimize Smart IT, Digital Workplace, and CMDB (Atrium)
Build and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, AR filters/active links, and job schedulers
Automate routine tasks and deployments using Python and/or Power Shell
Ensure system security, compliance, and vulnerability remediation per RMF/ATO requirements
Provide Tier 3 support, mentor admins, and deliver training materials
Document architecture, SOPs, and disaster recovery procedures
Collaborate with Service Owners, Sec Ops, and Network/Cloud teams to align with ITIL practices
Monitor system performance, capacity, and SLAs/OLAs Skills Tier 3 support, Atrium, python, powershell, helix, addm, truesight operations, blade logic, servicenow

Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Helix Discovery (ADDM), True Sight Operations, and Blade Logic IT Automation
Experience integrating with enterprise tools (Service Now, Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic, Sentinel, etc.)
Performance tuning and capacity planning for AR System/mid tier/Smart IT
Experience in regulated environments (FedRAMP/DoD, RMF, STIG) and audit readiness
Certifications:
BMC Remedy Administrator, ITIL Foundation, CASP. CISSP, SSCP
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $100.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
