Responsibilities- Deliver simultaneous interpretation services for conferences, meetings, and events involving Spanish and English speakers.
- Utilize simultaneous interpretation equipment and technology to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of professionalism throughout all interpretation sessions.
- Prepare in advance by researching industry-specific terminology and familiarizing yourself with the context and specifics of each assignment.
- Commit to continuous professional development in language skills and interpretation techniques.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with exceptional oral and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in simultaneous interpretation, with a comprehensive understanding of the techniques and protocols involved.
- Awareness of cultural differences and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills to ensure accurate interpretation.
- Prior experience in professional interpreting settings is preferred.
- Paid per assignment per hour
