The San Diego LGBT Community Center is seeking a Bilingual Client Access Specialist to anchor the Welcome Desk, screen clients for basic needs, and connect them with the right programs. You will support Crisis Services, assist with translations, and help maintain a welcoming, trauma-informed environment across all areas of the Center.
Extensive interaction with community members, volunteers, and staff is expected, including evening and rotating Saturday shifts.
