Cooley is looking for an associate to join its elite, global corporate practice. Associates with four to six years of general corporate experience with private and public companies are encouraged to apply. Ideal applicants will have experience representing high-growth businesses in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Candidates should have experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and demonstrate a strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000-$390,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
