Requirements- Associates with experience representing life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of strategic commercial transaction agreements, including licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements, in either a private law firm or in-house position, are encouraged to apply. Corporate or patent experience and/or technical degree is a plus.
