Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for an associate in our San Diego office. The scope of representation for the position will include primarily representing financial institutions and lenders in various transactional matters including traditional loan and real estate transactions and in the context of workouts, restructurings and distressed situations.
Responsibilities:
• Represent financial institutions and lenders in various transactional matters.
• Work on traditional loan and real estate transactions.
• Handle workouts, restructurings and distressed situations.
Qualifications:
• Two to five years of related experience.
• License to practice in California.
• Experience in commercial workouts, restructurings, receiverships and foreclosures.
The base salary range for this position is $192,000 - $210,000 and up to $40,000 + in bonus potential. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
