Our client is a highly respected San Diego‑based litigation firm handling cutting‑edge class actions and complex matters across Employment Law, Construction Law, Homeowners Rights & Mortgage issues. The firm is expanding and looking to hire up to two Litigation Attorneys who are passionate about advocating for clients, taking ownership of their cases, and sharpening their litigation skills in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

• Fully Remote option available for more experienced litigators
• Hybrid (San Diego office) for attorneys with less experience
• Open to 1+ years of litigation experience

• Fresh graduates with strong litigation interest will be considered

You will work closely with experienced partners, gain hands‑on litigation exposure, and contribute to impactful class action matters including Wage & Hour, False Advertising, and other complex litigation. This is an exceptional role for someone excited to litigate, learn, grow, and develop strong trial‑ready skills.

Base Pay Range
: $130,000 – $200,000 per year

Bonus Structure:
Recoverable Bonus (5–10%)

• Fresh attorneys typically earn $40,000–$50,000
• Experienced litigators often earn $100,000+
