, is seeking an experienced Staff Attorney to join its nationally-recognized Workplace Class Action Practice
. This full-time,
non-partnership track position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated employment litigation matters within a collaborative, fast-growing practice supporting clients throughout California.
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California
, in good standing - 15+ years of substantive experience in employment litigation
, including
class actions
,
collective actions
, and
PAGA
matters - Strong legal research and writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality, strategic work product
- Experience drafting key litigation documents
, managing discovery
, and advising on complex employment issues - Ability to work efficiently within a team-focused, high-performance environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Support the Workplace Class Action practice in representing employers in complex state and federal employment litigation
- Draft and refine pleadings, motions, class certification briefs, and related filings
- Manage and oversee discovery
, including written discovery, document review, and deposition preparation - Contribute to litigation strategy and collaborate with partners and senior attorneys across multiple offices
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on evolving class action and PAGA issues
- Assist with settlement preparation, analysis, and implementation
- Maintain clear, client-ready communication and deliver practical guidance>
