Contract Attorney: L&E​/Civil Lit

Base Pay Range

$65.00/hr - $120.00/hr

Contract Attorney – Labor & Employment. Full or part‑time schedule available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

• Assist in civil & employment litigation matters with high-end clients
• Heavy motion drafting
• Engage directly with clients, building trust and providing top‑tier legal counsel
• Work in a collaborative team environment with weekly case reviews
• Manage cases efficiently, handling legal research, drafting, and strategy development with autonomy

• 3+ years of post‑bar experience in labor & employment litigation
• Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful (hungry & humble)
• Strong communicator – excellent writing and verbal skills, with ability to simplify complex legal issues
• Team player – friendly, personable, and collaborative
• Licensed in California
