OverviewWe are a national employment law firm with over 25 offices and more than 450 attorneys. We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate with 4+ years at a law firm or in-house to join our team. The role offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile cases and interact with top‑tier clients.
Key Responsibilities• Advise and represent clients in state and federal employment litigation matters.
• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct research, case analysis and strategy development.
• Manage litigation processes and meet tight deadlines.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum 4 years experience in employment litigation.
- Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.
- Strong writing, speaking, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation software.
- Excellent academic credentials and high ethical standards.
Base salary: $230,000 – $260,000 per year. Hybrid work schedule (3 days remote). Benefits include 401(k) with profit sharing, equity, health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
