Employment Litigation Associate

We are a national employment law firm with over 25 offices and more than 450 attorneys. We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate with 4+ years at a law firm or in-house to join our team. The role offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile cases and interact with top‑tier clients.

• Advise and represent clients in state and federal employment litigation matters.

• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions.

• Conduct research, case analysis and strategy development.

• Manage litigation processes and meet tight deadlines.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 4 years experience in employment litigation.
• Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.
• Strong writing, speaking, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation software.
• Excellent academic credentials and high ethical standards.

Base salary: $230,000 – $260,000 per year. Hybrid work schedule (3 days remote). Benefits include 401(k) with profit sharing, equity, health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
