A leading law firm is seeking a highly skilled Eminent Domain Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both eminent domain and litigation, and be capable of independently managing cases from inception through trial. This is a senior-level role that will work closely with firm leadership on major projects involving complex eminent domain matters
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of eminent domain litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial
- Manage multiple active cases with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to the continued success of the firm's eminent domain practice
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the California Bar
- Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on eminent domain cases
- Proven ability to take cases from start to finish, including trial experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
