An internationally recognized law firm is seeking a fulltime Professional Liability Attorney to work with our team representing health care professionals in malpractice related claims (Hybrid).
Qualifications- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- 2+ years of defense litigation experience
- Experience defending professional liability including health care (malpractice) related claims
- Superior analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Deposition and law and motion experience preferred
- Vaccination is not required but encouraged
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
