A boutique employment law firm in San Diego is seeking a Junior Employment Attorney to join its growing practice.

This role offers hands‑on exposure to employment litigation
, with a strong preference for candidates interested in or experienced with class action lawsuits
. The firm is lean, collaborative, and looking to add one attorney to support its expanding caseload.

• Assist with employment law litigation matters, including class actions
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Support case strategy, client communications, and court filings
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on active matters
• Appear in court, depositions, and mediations as appropriate for experience level

• 1+ years of experience practicing employment law
• Exposure to or strong interest in class action litigation preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in San Diego
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a boutique firm environment

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $130,000 Benefits
