Job DescriptionWe are working with a nationally recognized law firm seeking a talented and motivated junior-level associate to join its fast-growing Patent Prosecution practice. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with at least one year of experience in patent prosecution and a strong technical background in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields. The role offers early responsibility, direct client interaction, and the chance to work on cutting-edge innovations for leading global companies.
Associates will draft and prosecute patent applications, conduct freedom-to-operate and patentability analyses, and collaborate with a dynamic team of IP professionals.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in patent prosecution
- USPTO admission required
- Degree in physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or similar technical field
- Advanced degree and/or relevant industry experience preferred
- Strong academic background with excellent writing and analytical skills
- Admission to practice law in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
- Competitive salary range of $225,000 – $310,000, based on experience
