Our premier law firm in San Diego is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. We would like to hire a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process and a desire to further their career. If you are an associate attorney looking for the opportunity to manage your own caseload and have at least three years of litigation experience, we encourage you to apply!

The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of your cases. However, our partners are always available for guidance. Low billables 1600.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions
• Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
• Active membership with the CA State Bar
• Motivated to grow

Responsibilities:

• Conduct depositions and attend court hearings
• Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
• Attend mediations and actively participate in negotiating settlements
• Manage your own cases
