Our highly-regarded law firm in Carmel Valley is seeking an emerging Attorney to join our Business litigation team. We are in search of a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process and a desire to further their career. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of the commercial litigation process. The attorney for this position should be able to manage their own cases. But our partners are always available for guidance.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 3-5 years' experience in Business/Commercial litigation
• Proficiency arguing motions
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to develop effective case strategies
• Conduct depositions and engage in all aspects of trial preparation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Member of the CA bar
