• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly; use a calculator when needed.

• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain cost controls.
• Navigate maps to locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Exposure to hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Near and mid‑range vision required; depth perception needed; must differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, and analyze data.
• Most tasks performed from a standing position; walking includes ceramic tile and linoleum in food areas; work surfaces 36–48” high.
• Lifting of bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, stacking onto shelves up to 72” high.
• CARRY: large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of dough carried and stacked as required.
• Driving: deliver pizzas within a designated area with multiple deliveries per shift.
• PUSHING: move trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 pounds.
• CLIMBING: navigate stairs or ladders to change prices, wash walls, perform maintenance.
• Stand/Bend: forward bending and crouching/squatting required at assembly stations.
• Reach: up, down, and forward to shelves, ovens, and counters; reach above 72” occasionally.
• Hand tasks require continuous eye‑hand coordination.
