The regional manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. Regional manager, duties include guiding management in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, preparing operations reports, and assisting with financials. Ultimately, the regional manager should be able to perform efficiently, demonstrate excellent problem-solving, emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
, the essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives
- Supporting general managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective
- Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards
- Making sure company standards and procedures are followed
- Analyzing regional market trends and discover new opportunities for revenue growth
- Addressing potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions
- Assisting in the recruiting, hiring, and training of management level positions
- Ensuring stores are clean, orderly, visually appealing, equipment is in working order
- Monitor labor, food, alcohol, and other costs to make sure they are on target with set goals
- Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- High school diploma, GED certificate OR demonstration of sufficient reading and math skills to read manuals and prepare computer reports as required
- Hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred
- 5 years management experience required
- Successful completion of management food safety program is helpful
- High energy, outgoing and exemplifies positive vibe and energy
- Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
- Excellent guest service to treat patrons like family
- Strong communication skills to train and motivate team members

Physical Standards:
Must be able to speak clearly in English and listen attentively to Team Members, Guests, Vendors, and Visitors. Must be able to stand, lift up to 30 pounds, and exert well‑paced mobility for periods of up to twelve (12) hours in length.
