Job Scope

The Director of Total Rewards is responsible for building and implementing the overall total rewards strategy. This includes leading Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll functions, establishing competitive programs, and partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Salary Range

The full pay range is $154,800 – $258,100 annually, with a starting pay estimate of $180,000 – $220,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Design

• Partner with executive leadership to evolve the competitive compensation and benefits philosophy.

• Advance global total rewards strategies, recommending objectives tailored to organizational needs.

• Lead the design of cash, short‑term incentive (STI), long‑term incentive (LTI), and health & wellness programs.

• Ensure alignment of plan design with corporate strategy.
