Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory and Materials Coordinator to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• This position involves preparing components for assembly, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring efficient stocking of materials and supplies.
• The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Work hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change after training), open for both shift 1 & 2.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts and components for internal or external assembly by processing manufacturing orders and adjusting inventory levels and locations.
• Perform inventory counts (A, B, and C cycle counts) and make necessary stock adjustments.
• Stock supplies, materials, and components across materials and manufacturing areas.
• Assist other departments or teams as needed.
• Follow company procedures for handling secured items and keys (after appropriate training).

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse, inventory, or materials handling role.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Experience handling physical demands, including routinely lifting up to 50 pounds.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to ask questions for task accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in high-pressure environments.
• Experience using inventory control software (Preferred).
• SAP system experience is highly preferred (Preferred).

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training or certifications in warehouse or inventory management is a plus.
