Job Description: Assemble hardware of SCNC products using crimping tools, torque drivers, soldering iron, hotplate and work under Microscope. Position requires ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with focus on quality and attention to detail.

• Ability to read assembly drawings, BOM, wire list, engineering change orders, rework instructions, and process control instructions.
• Fully proficient individual contributor. Works under limited supervision. May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise. Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.
• Mechanical assembly using crimping tool, hot plate and torque drivers.
• Able to lift minimum of 35 lbs.
• Able to work on ladder, crane and scaffolding.
• Able to work under Microscope.
• Basic hand soldering of SMT, through-hole, and wiring.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Plan and execute work schedules in conjunction with hardware schedule requirements.
• Responsible for the manufacturing of all hardware on one or more product lines.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are certified in J-STD-001 Class 3.

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

• Minimum of 4 years of mechanical assembly. Familiar with wiring, harness assembly, and coax cable assembly.
• Ability to read documentation, drawings, and process control instructions.
• Basic soldering skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer skill (Windows/excel).

Salary Range & Benefits: The salary range for this role in California is $22.11/hr–$41.34/hr. (Salary may vary.) Benefits include health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
