Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Tuesday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or until deliveries are completed, plus rotating Monday. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
- Stand on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call as business needs arise.
- Perform additional job‑related tasks and follow instructions from a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

- Qualified to perform visual, auditory, physical, and mental tasks required to operate equipment safely.
- Frequently lift products up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force.
- Handle commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) and use mechanical equipment as needed.
- Must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines for the use of protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL.
- Mays be exposed to weather, moderate noise levels, fumes associated with tires and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Abide by all company safety policies and transportation regulations.
- Pass forklift certification.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC test).
