CIWS/RAM Technician (5238) – Three Saints Bay, LLC

San Diego, CA

Pay range: $32.53/hr – $48.13/hr (based on experience and qualifications)

• Direct and oversee repair activities, train, troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain Close‑In Weapon System (CIWS) and associated systems
• Perform repair and maintenance on Rolling Airframe Missile Launchers (RAM) and associated systems, including RAM‑GMLS
• Provide technical support for procurement, installation, at‑sea testing, preventive/corrective maintenance, and lifecycle management of systems
• Interpret technical manuals, apply repair standards, and maintain accurate technical documentation

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to obtain an Active Security Clearance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• NEC (Navy Enlisted Qualifications) in related system: CIWS (V02A), SEARAM (V39B), RAM (V01A)
• 4+ years of related experience with shipboard systems and associated systems
• Strong technical comprehension, ability to read and interpret manuals and standards
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient with hand tools and multi terminals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technical applications
• Knowledge of 3M
• Fiber Optics Technician Certificate

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and handling tools/equipment
• Regular verbal and auditory communication
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to board naval crafts, navigate passageways and steep ladders
• Comfortable working in shipboard and industrial environments
