What You'll Get To Do- Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
- Work from diagrams and drawings, make initial layouts, and use hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
- Continuously check work in process and completed products.
- Conduct quality inspections on the production line in accordance with specifications.
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies under simulated conditions.
- High School diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or related field.
- J-STD-001 solder certification or similar experience or certifications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- SAP clearances/experience.
- Advanced education and/or experience assembling and troubleshooting RF and/or CNI systems.
- IPC-A-620 Standard certification for cable and wire harness assemblies.
- Experience with shop-floor manufacturing systems (SAP, Solumina, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with ESD (electrostatic discharge) and FOD (foreign object damage) control.
- Experience with CUI (controlled unclassified information) and COMSEC (communications security).
- Experience with FAR, ITAR, AS9100, and/or ISO 90001 rules and regulations.

Salary and BenefitsPrimary Level Salary Range: $43,400.00 - $72,300.00. The above range is a general guideline. Pay is based on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. Longer-term incentives are available for VP or Director positions.
