Position Description
You will serve as a Sheet Metal Worker (Aircraft) in the MRO Production Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Position Duties/Responsibilities- You will interpret and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals to guide repair and installation work.
- You will operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machines (e.g., shears, drills, grinders) with proficiency.
- You will provide on-the-job training to lower level employees and assist with troubleshooting more complex tasks.
- You will maintain inventory of sheet metal parts, supplies, and materials while ensuring work meets safety standards and quality control procedures.
