Caterpillar in San Diego, CA is seeking a Weldor Journeyman to perform fusion welding across ferrous and non-ferrous metals, using GTAW and other processes, following blueprints and procedures. You will set up operations, weld in challenging positions, and ensure parts meet specifications.
The role requires passing multiple welder qualification tests, the ability to climb and weld from ladders, and availability for 1st or 2nd shift with overtime as needed.
