The Machine Operator II is responsible for operating and maintaining supplies manufacturing machines and equipment while strictly adhering to all quality and safety standards

• Machine Operation:
  Demonstrates an understanding of the functions and basic mechanical workings of assigned machines under limited supervision.
• Setup & Conversion:
  Completes a full setup and operation of rewind machines that convert material from one roll size to another to form finished rolls of specified footage or diameter.
• Work Orders:
  Follows work order instructions and executes precise labeling requirements.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
  Uses hand tools to make necessary mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Quality & ISO Compliance:
  Performs standardized quality tests in accordance with ISO procedures.
• Safety & Standards:
  Adheres to established productivity standards and complies with all required safety practices, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Process Improvement:
  Primarily executes defined processes and procedures but may contribute suggestions for process improvement.
• Problem Solving:
  Resolves a variety of problems of limited complexity by following highly detailed instructions or procedures.
• Collaboration & Training:
  Builds productive working relationships internally within the immediate department or team. Trains other team members as directed by the supervisor or team lead.
