  • Maintain accurate production records, QC logs, material reports, and documentation; communicate status and issues to plant management.
  • Assist with material staging, inventory awareness, and equipment readiness as needed
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in modular, manufactured, prefabricated, or residential construction, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
  • Hands-on experience with light gauge steel framing, modular construction methods, or factory-based home production.
  • Strong knowledge of production workflows, quality control, and safety standards in a manufacturing or construction setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and production schedules.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage production crews effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in a factory environment (standing, walking, occasional lifting).
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with production software, digital work instructions, or manufacturing execution systems.
  • Former Military Preferred. Ideal candidate will have Engineering Combat MOS (Field 13) or NMCBs BU or SW rating.
