Marketing Coordinator​/Proposal Specialist

The Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist will be based on-site in San Diego and provide support to both the San Diego and Boise offices.

• Research and qualify potential clients and projects to support business development.
• Coordinate and develop SOQs and proposals in compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements.
• Manage the proposal process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create proposal responses, scopes, and fee proposals.
• Gather proposal content from sub-consultants and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, interviews, and meetings.
• Represent the firm at industry events and professional organizations.
• Manage social media accounts/update website content.
• Prepare and submit award nominations to highlight the firm’s achievements.
• Support other marketing and business development initiatives as needed.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or English preferred.
• 2-5 years of AEC industry experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Proven ability to manage time and meet multiple deadlines
• Ability to work effectively across teams
