. We are seeking a junior‑level Account Executive to join our corporate affairs practice. You will support media pitch activities, manage team operations, and build relationships with media and partners.

• Develop initial earned media strategies with guidance, conduct proactive and reactive media outreach.
• Maintain clear communication with team and client, own account projects from start to finish, and proactively flag opportunities.
• Build media relationships on behalf of the client and the agency.
• Draft press materials, speaker submissions, blog and social media content, and bylines for review.
• Oversee junior team members and provide direction, edits, and support on assignments.
• Serve as a day‑to‑day client contact on smaller account teams, building strong relationships with client contacts.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of industry and competitors, providing recommendations to internal colleagues and clients.
• Participate in new business pitch development and presentations as appropriate.
• Promote and uphold Allison’s core values; participate in agency‑wide training and professional development programs.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• Corporate affairs industry background and/or strong interest preferred.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about the work.
• Strong writing skills.
• Critical thinking to shape programs, advise junior members, and make recommendations.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and Teams.
• Proficient with media monitoring and data analytics tools including Muckrack, Cision, Critical Mention, etc.
