Boutique Recruiting is seeking a sharp, creative, and highly execution-driven Creative Content Producer to power our growing content engine and social presence across every major platform! This is not a "strategy-only" role and not a traditional social media job! We are looking for a strong operator who can conceptualize, build, test, iterate, analyze performance, and scale content and social strategies that expand our reach and strengthen our brand.

You will be responsible for both organic and paid social, with a heavy emphasis on execution, video and reel production, content distribution, performance analysis, and brand differentiation. You should be equally comfortable crafting content strategies and rolling up your sleeves to publish, optimize, and analyze what's working.

This role is ideal for a digital storyteller who is naturally a big-picture thinker, endlessly curious, culturally fluent, and passionate about delivering clear, meaningful messaging in a distinct, premium brand voice within a crowded professional services market. You care deeply about how content lands and how it performs. We are not your average big-corporate machine. We are looking for a strong collaborator who excels at pushing work across the finish line and brings adaptability, open-mindedness, passion, ownership, and execution to everything they do.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 year DOE

What You'll Do

• Own and execute end-to-end organic and paid social media across Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, You Tube Shorts, and emerging platforms

• Plan, produce, distribute, and optimize video-first content, including short-form clips, long-form You Tube content, and podcast distribution across all channels

• Manage social content calendars while staying agile enough to capitalize on timely moments, trends, and insights

• Translate podcast episodes, thought leadership, and internal expertise into high-performing, platform-native content

• Build, test, and manage paid social campaigns with a strong grasp of targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization

• Analyze performance data to continuously refine content and improve reach, engagement, and inbound demand

• Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries to help Boutique Recruiting stand out in the staffing and professional services space

• Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and recruiting teams to align content with business objectives

• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and content trends

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on social media and content execution experience, ideally within professional services or a service-based business

• Proven experience executing both organic and paid social strategies, not just planning them

• Strong experience with video content, short-form production, and podcast distribution across social channels

• Highly technical skill set, paired with strong creative instincts and strong taste

• A builder's mindset: proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable owning outcomes

• Exceptionally observant, thoughtful, and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain a distinct, elevated brand voice

• Experience marketing staffing services or recruiting firms is a major plus. Experience marketing in a service-based organization is required

• Strong understanding of how social media drives awareness, trust, and inbound demand in a B2B environment
