AFC Urgent Care, the leading urgent‑care brand with over 300 locations nationwide, is seeking a Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner to join our San Diego team. We provide high‑quality, patient‑centered healthcare on a walk‑in basis, with on‑site lab, x‑rays, and flexible scheduling.

• Competitive pay: $67‑$73 per hour
• Typically 2‑3 workdays per week, 10‑12‑hour shifts, pre‑approved overtime
• Bi‑weekly bonuses based on patient volume thresholds

• Unrestricted medical license in California
• DEA certificate
• FNP or ENP certificate
• Board certification by AANP or ANCC
• At least one year’s experience in an ER, urgent‑care, or primary‑care setting
• Comfortable performing minor procedures (e.g., suturing, draining abscesses)
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts

Hourly rate: $67.00 – $73.00, plus additional bi‑weekly bonuses.
