Salary: $52.00 - $59.00 per hour
We are looking for a top‑performer with solid knowledge of pre‑operative and PACU/recovery nursing. The Synergy Surgery Center is a brand new outpatient surgery center in the Mission Valley area that specializes in orthopedics. The center features five operating rooms, spacious pre‑op and PACU areas, and is equipped with modern technology.
Requirements & Qualifications- Current CA Nursing License
- Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum two years of hospital experience
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, vendors and the public
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptiveness to change, creativity and innovation
- Adaptability to change and strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
- Understanding of principles of aseptic technique and their implementation
- Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics
- Excellent teaching skills
- Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology
- Experience working in an ASC is a plus
- Team‑oriented and patient‑focused mindset
