Sharp Health Care is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their Pediatrics team at SRS Rancho Bernardo. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients and be able to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients, staff, and physicians as needed to maintain a high level of efficiency and customer service.
• Provide direct patient care, including preparing patients for examinations, tests, or treatments, and explaining procedures.
• Monitor patient flow, physician schedules, and complete daily tasks to ensure quality and meet service standards.
• Participate in clinical projects, provide staff training, and serve as a preceptor for new staff.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of an LVN/LPN program.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of LVN experience in a related clinical area.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Ambulatory care experience.
