B&R Wound Care provides primary care and advanced wound care services directly at patients’ residences, including assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, boarding and care homes, and private homes. The primary care providers are accountable for comprehensive care of geriatric patients across the entire county.

• Manage prescriptions for both controlled and non-controlled medications
• Order laboratory tests and diagnostics
• Perform minor clinical procedures
• Create care plans
• Maintain accurate health records
• Manage chronic conditions
• Maintain all required licenses
• Create referrals when necessary
• Bedside surgical debriefings
• Apply advanced wound care products to heal chronic wounds effectively
• Create and maintain wound care management plans
• Provide own vehicle and professional insurance to travel between patient residences

• 2+ years in geriatrics
• 2+ years in primary care
• 2+ years in outpatient care
• 2+ years in wound care
• Spanish or Tagalog speaking candidates preferred but not required

Compensation:
Competitive, ranging from $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and days worked.
