LVN Needed for Nights and Weekends AM shifts

Position Overview:

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) needed to cover nights and weekends AM shifts at Aveanna Healthcare, a national private duty nursing provider. The role involves providing compassionate, high-quality home care to patients and collaborating across a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

Compensation and Shift Details:

  • Pay Rate: $33–$40/HR* (Case Specific Rate Only)
  • Shift: Friday to Saturday 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (also available)

Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered California LVN license
  • Current CPR certification with hands‑on component
  • TB skin test (2‑step, current within last 12 months)
  • Minimum one year of hands‑on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care standards and policies
  • Continuing education as required by state
