Emergency Room RN -PT Nights

The Emergency Room RN provides professional nursing care in the emergency department, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

• Serve as a leader of the health care team; delegate tasks appropriately.
• Understand own and team members' scope of practice and elevate issues as appropriate.

• Lead and direct others through the change process.
• Participate in problem identification and resolution.
• Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations and patient care activities.
• Develop and/or contribute to the individualized plan of care.
• Monitor the patient's progress based on the plan and revise as necessary.
• Ensure optimal pain control and patient comfort.
