• Schedule
  : Two to three 8-hour days per week (Monday - Friday only), with a strong preference for Thursday availability
  .
• Work Hours
  :
  Flexible between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM to accommodate patient needs and provider preferences.
• Compensation
  : $70 - $72 per hour + bonus opportunities
  .

• Provide comprehensive primary care services
  , including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
  .
• Conduct thorough patient assessments
  , develop treatment plans, and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Work collaboratively with a high-performing care team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients about their conditions, medications, and preventive healthcare strategies

• Must have a valid California Nurse Practitioner license
  .
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
