Description:
Field Registered Nurse position available in the home health specialty.
The role involves providing care to patients primarily within a designated territory.
Patients will typically be geriatrics, with an average of 5-7 patients per day.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, with one weekend a month required.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in home health.
First-time home health nurses are welcome to apply.
Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate between patient homes.
Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must possess a current state RN license and BLS certification.
OASIS and HCHB experience are mandatory.
Other essential skills include clinical assessment, infection control precautions, and case management.
Strong communication and coordination skills are required to ensure quality patient care.
