Gentiva Hospice in San Diego, California is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our after-hours hospice team. This staff role covers evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to provide compassionate care when it’s needed most.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, acting as liaison among patients, families and the hospice team, documenting visits, and supporting the Plan of Care. Must have a compassionate hospice heart, valid CA RN license, CPR, and reliable transportation.
