Requirements- Active RN license in the work state
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent specialty experience.
- Current BLS; ACLS preferred for critical-care roles; specialty-specific certifications as required; strong clinical references.
- Must be comfortable with per-diem scheduling, short-notice shift availability, and weekends/holidays as needed.
- Strong patient-care, documentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
