Hospice LVN - Day Shift

Sharp Health Care’s Bonita Home in San Diego is seeking a licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for full-time day shifts. You will perform individualized nursing care under the supervision of an RN, collect and document assessment data, and implement the Plan of Care to support patient comfort and family education.

Requirements include CA LVN license, AHA BLS Healthcare Provider, and a valid driver’s license. Weekend on-call is As Needed, with a unionized setting under SEIU terms.
