The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) will provide direct patient care within the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the VA San Diego Healthcare System's North County San Diego clinic, Sorrento Valley - CA. She/he will perform medication administration, wound care, and patient education while collaborating with physicians, RNs, and support staff.
Preferred candidates will have active LPN/LVN licensure, English proficiency, and experience in outpatient or primary care settings.
