Pool Service Technician

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality pool care and takes pride in maintaining pristine, swim‑ready environments.

You should have hands‑on experience with routine pool servicing, including water chemistry, cleaning techniques, and basic maintenance. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, manage a regular service route, and represent our brand with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

• Regular Maintenance
  :
  You’ll perform weekly pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and basket emptying
• Water Chemistry
  :
  You’ll test and balance water chemistry, adding appropriate chemicals to maintain safe, clear water
• Equipment Checks
  :
  You’ll conduct basic equipment inspections and report any repair needs to our specialized repair team
• Client Communication
  :
  You’ll build relationships with homeowners and address any concerns about their pool’s condition
• Detailed Documentation
  :
  You’ll keep accurate service records for each property you maintain
• Route Management
  :
  You’ll efficiently manage your assigned route to service all pools on schedule

• Experience in pool cleaning and maintenance (previous pool service experience preferred)
• Understanding of pool water chemistry and testing procedures
• Reliable and consistent work ethic with strong time‑management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues
• Great customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work throughout San Diego, CA
